The book was prepared about half a century ago to commemorate the thirteenth hundredth anniversary of the tragedy of Karbala. It is based on authentic records and takes you deep inside to the meaning of Karbala, that is the eternal symbol of human dignity and destiny and ineffable mystery of Divine dispensation which every age interprets according to its ethos and its need.
