The text of the letter written by Imam Ali Ibne Abitalib A.S addressed to Malik-e-Ashter, the Governor of Egypt of his time. The letter contains the guideline for an Islamic way of administration covering almost all its essential aspects, that a ruler must necessarily follow.It is so impressive in essence that some of the States in the world circulated it as an official directive to all their administrative organs as a model guideline for the fair administrtion of the affairs.UNDP of United Nations has recently refered to it as a historical document of utmost importance and a footprint to be followed.
